Chess: Still at the battle front
Chess advert with slogan “still at the battle front”
This was the first advert i did playing around with the smoke brush, the read was supposed to symbolize blood spilled and the black and white was there to symbolize the two sides. i made red the background to symbolize that blood is common for both. Possibly a lesson learnt in every day life, war and politics. Although i believe it is a good poster in its own right even though it could have been executed better i feel as though it wasn’t adhering to the task of a Pop-art poster.
